Description
Bunker Cybersport is the PC club I founded with my aunt when we risked everything for a better opportunity at life.
At first we almost failed, but then we brought a lot of sponsors, reconsidered our offerings, and made the Bunker shine in the process.
We eventually sold it. We obviously didn’t make much due to an insane amount of loans, but it was a great experience.
We scaled to $30k AGR operating at break even (around 600 customers).
Where we go next
Apply the lessons from building and operating Bunker into future ventures.
Keep pushing for sustainable, resilient unit economics while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
